What do you mean you didn't know we had been away?

A few people got in touch to point out that the website had 'vanished'. The web hosting company had changed (for the umpteenth time) and because I buy the domain name from a different company they were out of alignment.

I am ashamed to say I had not checked in at the site for a couple of months but once folk drew it to my attention I took it up with the companies (I am paying a few bob for the website, and I had just renewed the domain name for another two years. I am nothing if not keen to get value for my money!)

Happily it all seems OK now - until the next time the company changes!

Thanks to a tip-off from Werner Schmitz at the Media Gems website I recently picked up another crop of YTV publicity stills from Bird's series The Winning Streak. I have uploaded them to the picture gallery page in the Winning Streak section of the website.

I recently came across a curious piece of 'non' merchandise from The Aphrodite Inheritance.
